1. Preparation before starting:

1. Before the employee takes over, receive the paper sheets, cup bottoms, cartons, sealing glue, silicone oil and other materials needed for the day before taking over. Replace the materials received and the remaining materials at work for verification, and report any problems in time.

2. Turn on the power button on the console, check whether the power of the machine is normal, and whether the set temperature can reach the preset value.

3. Add some lubricating oil to the moving parts of the machine for lubrication, and wipe the parts that the product needs to touch to avoid pollution. At the same time, check the connecting screws of the running parts of the machine and whether the top wire is loose.

4. Check the flatness of the paper, whether there is peeling, spots, replacement of front and back, wrinkles and other phenomena.

5. When necessary, spray appropriate amount of water on the paper, and strictly control the watering time and humidity of the paper.

6. Check the air pressure valve and adjust to the required pressure value as required.

7. Put the bottom paper on the cup, paying attention to the front and back.

2. Work when starting production:

1. After the preparation work is completed, you must yell "Turn on" when you will start the motor before starting the motor without any response. (This is to prevent the operator from being invisible and causing unnecessary safety accidents when the mechanic is repairing on the opposite side or behind the machine).

2. Observe the machine's operating conditions carefully, take a cup to check the effect of the paper cup, preheating, main heating, and whether the knurled part has yellowed or damaged the paper cup.

3. Check the shrinkage effect of the bonding area, whether there is any indirect bad condition, the adhesion strength of the bottom of the cup and the adhesion is suitable for tearing and fuzzing. If there is indirect fuzzing, it is a suspected cup. The water test shall prevail. .

4. In normal operation, if you find or feel something abnormal in the machine, lift the cup body first, and then stop the inspection after the last cup has been knurled.

5. When the machine is restarted after an unexpected shutdown during the reset time, it is changed to the fourth in the market. Remove five and check whether the knurled part is reset.

6. The operator of the paper cup machine pays attention to the forming condition of the cup mouth, cup body and cup bottom at any time during normal production, and checks the insertion and size appearance of the cup from time to time or check one by one.

7. When the staff concentrates during the operation, if they find abnormal sound or the bottom of the cup is not well formed, they should stop the inspection immediately to prevent major losses.

8. The operator must be serious and responsible in the production process, and test the cups produced by himself with boiling water once an hour, 8 each time.

9. Before the operator seals the carton, the number of small packages should be sampled. After the sample check is correct, the product certificate or product pattern should be cut and pasted on the upper right corner of the top surface of the carton, and the job number, production date, and finally The sealed boxes are neatly stacked at the designated location.

3. Work after pressurization:

1. Turn off the power supply of the console, cut off the main power supply, and close the gas valve and silicone oil valve.

2. Clean up residual paper scraps inside and outside the machine, and pack up auxiliary tools such as water spray guns.

3. Organize the working environment, clean and clean, and keep the equipment clean.
