After the coating process, the required patterns and colors will be printed on the paper roll. The printing method can be divided into three methods: intaglio, convex plate and flat plate. The cost of intaglio printing is too high and it is now seldom used; convex printing uses paper rolls for continuous printing, which requires a large amount of printing. Lithographic printing cuts the paper into pieces before printing, which is suitable for manufacturing small quantities of products. After the ink is applied, another layer of water and light treatment will be printed as protection.

Some companies use the method of "in-ink printing", printing and then laminating, covering the ink in the laminating film. This production method has a higher consumption rate and therefore a higher cost. However, no matter what kind of printing method, the printing materials of containers in contact with food must be food-grade to ensure the safety during consumption.
The printed paper enters the die and produces a fan-shaped piece of paper, which is the unfolded shape of the cup wall. The fan-shaped paper is collected and fed into the forming machine. The paper is then rolled into a paper cup shape outside the cup mold. At the same time, the mold provides heat at the joints of the paper, so that the PE is damaged by the heat to bond with each other, and the bottom of the paper cup is then installed and bonded. Immediately after the mold pushes the mouth of the cup, the paper at the mouth of the cup is rolled down and fixed with heat to form the rim of the paper cup. These forming steps can be completed in one second.
The completed paper cup is then sent to the inspection machine to confirm whether the shape is complete and not damaged, the internal surface is clean and free of stains, and the completed paper cup enters the packaging process and waits for shipment.
