Operation process of automatic laminating machine

1. Preparation
Check whether the parts of the machine are normal, and carry out routine inspection, lubrication and cleaning before starting up.
2. Warm up
Turn on the power supply, turn on the heating switch of the laminating wheel and the drying wheel to heat up. When heating, set the temperature control to the temperature that meets the requirements of the process.
3. Organize the paper
Lay the printed matter on the paperboard of the feeder trolley and arrange it smoothly, so that the paper printed matter can be sucked and fed through the feeder head, and then straightened by the gauge to enter the powder removal brush to sweep the powder, and then smoothly enter the laminating wheel after the powder is removed by the voltage. Compression compound, no quality problems.
4. Pull rules
Ensure that the printed matter is not skewed, filmed, or run off during the laminating process, and the rules must be correct. To pull the gauge, loosen the fastening screw of the frame, push forward or pull back at the same time, until the position is accurate, and the film and the printed matter are exactly compounded before adjusting and tightening.
5.Upper film
According to the size of the printed matter to be coated, choose a suitable size film, and install the film on the appropriate position of the air shaft to fix it.
6. Wear film
Wind the film on the air shaft through the tube wheel, unwinding wheel, bending wheel, drying wheel, and laminating wheel according to the film penetration mark on the winding air shaft.
7. Film adjustment
After the film is worn, the tightness of each roll of film is not consistent, and the film surface should be leveled. The leveling mechanism can move back and forth (tube wheel) left and right (air shaft), and the spreading wheel and bending wheel can flatten the film. After adjusting the bending wheel with a wide-format film, there is generally no need to adjust it, and it is enough to adjust the front, back, left and right in daily production.
